The need for Vegan Diet

Don't you think our body is one of our greatest asset, however, it is the most neglected one knowingly or unknowingly. I personally feel we often treat our cars better than we treat our body. I invite you all to become vital & vegan again and enjoy the rewards of life. Over so many years and generations, humans have been eating meat, considering that it gives us energy; this energy mostly comes from the adrenaline hormone, the hormone produced during fright, flight or fight.

If you visit any butcher you will see and sense the fear that these poor creatures experience just before they are killed, the adrenaline hormone produced just before they are slaughtered gives the protein eaters a heightened sense of energy. Hence, after years of eating meat full of adrenaline, the adrenaline gland gets weakened and is unable to produce its own neuro transmitters that produces adrenaline. This weakness is passed on generation after generation resulting in various diseases related to Blood Pressure, Cardiac, Parkinsons, Sclerosis and Addison Disease, etc. which are found in meat eating communities. It is also the cause of numerous disorders emerging in 21st Century like Nervous Disorders, Anxiety and Stress which is being faced by majority of our community.

The popular Jingle 'Sunday ho ya Monday, Roz khao Ande' has aspired every single Indian to have it daily as the ads claimed that it is the only food on planet Earth which has the maximum nutritional value. Keep your Heart Healthy - The Vegan Way

A few days back an article from TOI caught my attention on - 'Be aware, Be Heart Healthy.' The focus was on Tsunami of heart failure heading our generation, but can be checked through Early Detection and Prevention. The Key is to eat right, exercise and be aware of the warning signals. The statistics shared were alarming where 30℅ of cardiac patients were under 30. Though the Government is taking lot of initiatives to beat heart failure by Campaigns like 'Fit India' and 'Eat Right India.' They have even scaled up the medical infra structure, still the magnitude of Heart Problems is so high that it has not been addressed properly. This article gave me a food for thought that why the Heart Problems are skyrocketing. There are few reasons - * Sedentary Lifestyle, * Promotion of Processed Food and Meat on Television and Media, * Chemicals present in the Processed Food leading to Dopamine Effect and we tend to get addicted, * The relea...
